1 unit upgrade 2 wonders

1 I upgraded some unit it say to me 70 gold, but from my reserve I don't pay nothing 

2 I started to build 2 wonder in city. But I stop it and I don't have option to build another.

Hm... the displayed value of the treasury is not updateing during the upgrade, we will be fix it soon.

Another player finished the wonder?

I was able to build it in other city. 

In that city just don't alow build any second wonder.
