Advance Alliance Options

Seeing as how advance this game has gotten I believe that certain privileges should be within an Alliance. By that I mean that what if we could have a private chat between players(outside of world chat), shared vision (I can see all of my ally's territory without being there), have bonuses with being allied, etc.
