Defended citys can be hard to take. That is as it should be. But add some fun to it. IF FORTIFY a troop on one of his tiles that tile should no longer produce food or gold ect. His city will starve unless he can get me off or get shipments in. Many a great kingdom has fallen due to the drinking water being deverted. OR STARVED out.
