together it should be -1 

It seems you can attack without taking damage. I have only noticed this when using bonus points to attack. It will say you take 25% damage twice so on your third attack you should be at 50% health but every time you re attack you are back at full health.

Sometimes when you build rail it takes the 2 hours from an engeneer then doesnt have a rr. This is the first game ive noticed it
